Chris graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration; majoring in Finance. He next spent three years in real estate in Southwest Washington and two years in bank management before fully transitioning into the real estate industry.
He became a partner at Woodford CRE in January 2009 and, as of March 2025, is now the owner, leading the firm with a commitment to excellence in commercial real estate transactions and client success.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Chris is actively involved in his local community, participating in Kelso Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, Lower Columbia Professionals, Kelso Eagles, and LeTip of Longview. He also stays at the forefront of industry trends by regularly attending CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) meetings in Portland and was a longtime member of MART (Meaningful Arrangement of Real Estate Transactions), where he won Transaction of the Year three times. Additionally, he has earned the CoStar Power Broker designation, recognizing him as a leading professional in the local commercial real estate market.
Chris has broad expertise across all facets of real estate, including multi-family properties (both large and small), commercial investments, leasing, sales, creative transactions, and alternative financing methods. His deep passion for number-crunching and strategic deal-making allows him to craft innovative solutions for his clients.
Having personally owned and managed a diverse range of property types, he brings hands-on knowledge and experience to every transaction, ensuring successful outcomes for investors, tenants, and property owners alike.
